    Very cute. I've made shades where I wrap the lace top to bottom, around and around, using lots and lots of lace. This is a great idea and I could use some of my beautiful wide pieces of lace that don't wrap well.

    I am wondering about using the hot glue. Wouldn't the heat from the bulb eventually cause the lace to sag/fall off?
