What do you do when you have two charming hooks that you want to stand out on a wall?
I simply painted a stripe of green, which I think is a nice contrast from my soft pink bathroom walls & then framed it out with a cute moulding. Before I added the stripe and mouldings, these hooks looked too small for the wall & blended in. Now these charming hooks look well thought out and finished.
Simple projects that have a big impact make me happy!

Cute! I love these hooks. . .I made a rack out of three of them--attached them to a lovely shabby part of the back of a dresser (or maybe the raised panel insert of a door...) I also have a few more in a drawer waiting for the right project--picked 'em up at several different Marshall's on clearance over several years!
ReplyDeleteThese are adorable! I would love to do something like this, thanks for the inspiration!

So soft and pretty. Brings out my inner girlie girl!
ReplyDeleteI love what you've done - so cute! I have the same hooks (from Hobby Lobby) and use them for the towels in my master bath. I am planning on painting mine ORB to go with our other finishes.
ReplyDeleteEmily, love love love your blog. I bought a rusty crown like that at Hobby Lobby and dry brushed it with glitter where it is raised. Just haven't decided where to put it yet.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lynda
These are adorable! I love them!
